We receive information that you choose to submit through this website, including newsletter email addresses, contact-form messages, sponsorship applications, and information used by authorized club administrators.

The club may also maintain member, board, sponsor, event, newsletter, and photo information in its administrative system to operate the organization and website.

Membership dues, sponsorship payments, and donations are processed by Zeffy. Chesapeake Moms Club does not collect or store payment-card numbers through this website. Zeffy's own privacy and payment practices apply when you use its hosted forms.

Information is used to operate the club, respond to inquiries, manage membership and sponsorships, communicate club news, maintain the website, and support community-service activities.

Chesapeake Moms Club does not use this website to sell personal information.

The website uses service providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database/authentication/storage, Resend for email delivery, and Zeffy for hosted payment and donation forms. Links to services such as Facebook take you to those providers' own sites and policies.

CMC is a family-oriented community and the website may display club photos selected by authorized administrators. If you are pictured on the site, or are the parent or guardian of a child pictured on the site, you may contact us to request review or removal of a photo or related information.

Information is kept only as long as it remains useful for club operations, recordkeeping, or a legitimate organizational need. Authorized administrators have access to non-public administrative information according to their role.

You may ask us to correct or remove information you submitted through the website. Newsletter messages also include an unsubscribe link.

The website uses HTTPS, role-gated administrative access, server-side authorization checks, and service-provider security controls. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so access is limited to what is needed to operate the site and club.
